People will always find something to complain about. For god’s sake, this feature is completely unnecessary and yet they took to time to put it in there and make it look good. I’m impressed that this isn’t just a fighting game - everything is a nod to the show many of us grew up loving, and it looks amazing.

This game looks goddamn gorgeous. Game styles like this make me wonder if more anime series will begin to transition to using 3d models to animate what otherwise appears to be 2d animation like this? I know it’s a lot more initial setup, but I’d guess once you got past that point there would be some production…
