I think it's important to look at healing as a long process, without discounting any effective and low risk therapy. Talk therapy is always favored, and I believe it is indeed better on the long run.

Then you are on the right path. Hard as it may sometimes look. At least, ADs will sustain you some. As long as you're alive, you can try new things, and new forms of therapy.

I'm obviously not your therapist or doctor, but as a mental health professional and lifelong depressed person myself, I am only now realizing the power of finding the exact right medication for oneself through persistence and pedagogy on one's own organism.

Yeah, I guess it's quite convenient to hold all 3, and still be under the radar...I also know many German citizens holding other nationalities, and they always find a way around it : for instance, by showing the German passport in Germany, and the other way upon arrival in that other country.

As someone currently holding French citizenship (and one more) and dreaming of America, this is good to know!

A friend of mine is actually holding three citizenships, including Japanese citizenship...but then again they were technically Japanese first, I guess (by genealogical filiation).
