dude, even a 25 year old jeep in decent condition will cost $5-10k. You want “a company” to start buying those up, put $10k into them and then sell them to you for little to no profit? I’m not trying to be a dick, but I’m just tired of these “I wish nice things were cheap” comments.

How could you possibly meet that price point? A do it yourself affair would cost more than that, restoration isn’t cheap. A modern all new alternative for $18,000 I could get behind.

Um...even if you could earn 6% on that $45k and compounded it monthly, it’d still take 12 years for that money to turn into ANOTHER $45k with which you could then buy the car.
