At best the interior looks like a F-150 work truck with a cheap stick- on woodgrain kit.

No I remember the jingle. It was “You asked for it! You got it, Toyota!” Try You Tube.
When the 1984 was introduced it was criticized for having such an unecessarily harsh ride. The interior is atrocious and remained a sore point for many years. The interior was full of plastics everywhere that would crack if you stared at it too long. Overtighten one of those allen head screws and any dash plate was…
You really don’t have much to fret over. Just fix up the car. I have repaired as many things or more to my 91 Probe just to get it to roll over 200,000 miles last week. They were all normal repairs easy to do.
Slower travel speeds without upgrade too.
Not everyone wants a Jeep. I wonder who wants a Chrysler besides rabid Mopar enthusiasts? It’s not an aspirational brand and as neglected as it has been it should have gone the way of the DeSoto and Plymouth by now.
Smoke some weed.
They should be happy to feature my petrified turd brown 1991 Probe LX V6 5-speed which just rolled over past 200,000 miles. Honestly I’m at the point now I do not want to keep it any longer than I have to.
It doesn’t matter what Chrysler has now. Chrysler is not a full model line brand anymore and neither is Dodge. They are both fragments of what used to be and may as well be consolidated to one brand, especially since they are sold at the same dealerships. Jeeps are the focused SUV brand which sells. A Chrysler brand…
Before the mid 1980s there was no demand for a Ford equivalent for a Suburban (Ford made do with the E-Series Club Wagon) nor was there a demand for four door Broncos and Blazers. Large vehicles like those were never best sellers at a time when most people bought economy compacts, personal luxury coupes and full-sized…
Not only that, the Olds Bravada came out the same exact model year 1991 as GM added the 4-door Chevy S-10 Blazer and GMC S-15 Jimmy AND the first model year the Ford Explorer appeared. It was the popularity of Jeep’s 4-door Cherokee which was first to the market back in 1984 that prompted Ford and GM to respond which…
There were way too many Cutlass models back in the day.
Too bad there was never a Lancia Neon 😂😂😂
My first exposure to a Chevette was when they first came out in 1976 and boy did it look like a tiny car then.
The wheel wasn’t that big. The diameter was on par with every other Chevrolet at the time including Camaros and Corvettes. The thin rim and wheel spokes give it the illusion that it is bigger than it really is. The interior was also narrow and dwarf which makes the wheel look huge.
Don’t I need opiods to do that?
Why get this when you can get a Plymouth Laser for $4600 less? 😂😂😂
I’m trying to understand why Ferrari would stamp a giant hole the shape of the badge into the sheetmetal when just three locator pin holes would do.
The best source of Cobalt is wholesale auto auctions...
You need the model to distract everyone from that ugly assed front end.
