He really is my favorite Laurie. That adaptation overall is the best I’ve seen. I bought a new copy recently because I realized I had only owned it on VHS! Can’t wait to watch it for Christmas.

Fucking hell, CNN. Please find your way to the black hole that swallowed MH-370.
Ily for real
Cuuuuuuuuuuuute!!!
Happy Thanksgiving, Mark! (And Allen and the Guinea pigs!) So glad you and Spencer could put aside your differences ;)
Happy trails, Erin! Best of luck over at Vocativ.
I just mean that they feel the need to do it because “everyone else is doing it” and they’re not living the LA Life to the fullest without monthly Instagram pics in workout gear at Runyon Canyon. It’s also a great way for transplants to LA to convince themselves and others that LA is *So. Great.* (Which it is, but…
You are much better off for not worrying about it.
I swear all of my LA friends post a Runyon pic on Instagram at least once a month. It’s a requirement to maintaining your LA cred, I think.
I'm pretty sure that's what it is. They all take a trip to the bone zone.
Oh my god Mark I am going to miss your “SQUEE” posts more than anything. This is way too adorable.
That's fantastic. I feel so lucky to have a few people like that in my life. It brings such joy.
It’s nice you two can balance one another out. There are few things I love more than sharing things I love with people I love, especially when I know they’ll love it. Being able to do things for people I love is wonderful, too. It’s great you each have ways of doing both.
I feel you on the social anxiety. It makes everything a lot harder. I’m lucky to live just outside a major city, so many tours, large and small, will stop through. Listening to some local emo bro that was obviously booked last minute isn’t my scene either, believe me. Thankfully that hasn’t happened too much.
That sucks that that has been your experience, but for the most part, I haven’t come across that too much. Obviously it does happen, but maybe I’ve just been lucky. A few times I’ve even gone to shows and seen openers who were better than the headliners, if you can believe it.
Can’t argue with science!
When people fuck up, why do they almost always miss the point when people correct them? Talking to you, Jenny McCarthy.
It’s such an underappreciated skill!
Nice how things even out then!
I owe a good deal of my music-finding to the kickass music supervisors on TV shows over the years. They’ve led me to some incredible artists who have led to more incredible artists. The right music can really make or break a scene.
