@1up: ACII was an amazing experience that improved upon the first game in every way. I meant if they went and did it again for the third game. 1300 Jerusalem, you're an assassin scaling buildings, doing missions, second game (great) same thing but in a different era. Hope for some change.

I'm a pretty big fan of the series but if the third game follows a similar path without changing it up, I'll pass. I can't picture myself wanting to invest hours of time in 1600 or wherever they put it, scouring rooftops and doing the same stuff again. Two was enough was for that play style. There seems to be a huge

I just bought the Avatar game after seeing the movie since it was $30. I wanted to explore the world of Pandora more on a huge screen. That price dropped quick.

I suggest Sony print the good cover on the back of the American one so that it can just be flipped over. The movie "There Will Be Blood" did this. That way, everybody wins.

With the amount of media functions these consoles serve as now it's not as necessary as before.

If they made this movie wouldn't it be similar to a gaming version of LOTR? That's the vibe I'm getting from this potential film. Orcs and elves running around, setting up shop and battling dragons. She looks like a movie star. (Kate Beckinsale vibe). Not sure of her acting ability but that's the director's decision.

When I need a Call of Duty fix I've actually been enjoying World At War. I never thought Treyarch could make a better online experience then Infinity Ward (also am a fan of the exploding bodies) but hey, there's a first time for everything.

This is cool and all but seems a like a big money grab, especially for televisions.

I really enjoy this game but have had nothing but bad experiences with the online (which makes it worse since I didn't own L4D1). In one game, two thirteen year olds thought it'd be great on the fourth level of the first campaign to start killing me and then quit. Hate paying $50 a year to put up with players that

The new Medal of Honor reboot is looking good so far. The only thing that will hold it back are the constant "MW" did it first, which it did. Competition is always good. With that and BF2, EA seems to be putting forth a good effort.

I had always thought Modern Warfare was a new IP that Activision forced the Call of Duty name on. The set-up is similar (as can be expected from the same developer) but Inifinity Ward's approach at putting a narrative and future fighting in a game still tied to WW2 shooters doesn't mix for me. When Robert Bowling was

@Friedhamster: Funny, I think of them as the Quentin Tarantino of gaming. They mish-mash genres and gamestyles, innovating upon others. They do all different genres with their own quirky dialogue, great narrative and homages to genre films etc. Warriors was a throwback to beat-em ups of old coupled with a nice 70's

Now all they need to do next is make a Microsoft Points Casino....

@baileyfwright: "In the ninth grade biology class I teach, there is a boy named Ed and a girl named Bella. I have paired them up for every lab assignment we have had so far in this year in hopes that they will get together. I even asked my supervisors permission to hold a blood testing day. MLIT "

This is going to sound trollish, but maybe Microsoft realizes that they aren't great at mass producing hardware and instead decided to replace it with a software component. It's probably much cheaper to produce and sell at a lower cost too.

@Rebochan: It still blows my mind that the DS Lite can be purchased for $100 and it has Wi-Fi. Crazy.

@eturnol001: Unfortunately, Canadians have to pay $50 for Live (the cheapest I've seen it) but regardless, let's make it the price you listed on top of the console.

While I adore video games, cinema will always be my favorite medium and I have to disagree with him. There are things that movies can do that games just cannot. Topics that companies would spend millions on to base a game experience around. You couldn't do "Shawshank Redemption" or "Forrest Gump" the game. Or craft
