Best moment? When Sophie suddenly started firing on all cylinders on the puzzle, the editors decided to play Ominous Latin Choir Music to signify that Ozzy was indeed about to be upended in his final challenge ever, when he had such a huge lead. What an amazing touch.

I own it, and have tried to watch it with friends multiple times. We've only made it all the way through once. It is really, really excruciating stuff, usually the Diahann Carroll number is the breaking point.

Fallon just tweeted and not only was it a reference to that, he was actually wearing the same bee outfit that Bill Murray wore in the '70s. Wow, SNL's costume department must be huge.

I think it was just a shout-out to classic SNL and their inserting the Killer Bees into sketches all the time.

He always looks sort of bored/aloof/in his own world when doing that bit so it might just be that it's intentional. But he did look even more out of it than usual.

Yeah, I think if you cut like two thirds of their dialogue the sketch would have been better.

Yeah, the spear-fishing was a key part of his strategy. He's also a deceptively strong challenge player, though that quality of his is highlighted more in All-Stars than this season.

Love the mention of "Christmas Wrapping." I remember when I was a kid the local alternative station would throw it into the rotation in December. There was nothing like hearing Nine Inch Nails or Limp Bizkit or whoever and then BOOM, The Waitresses. The song's stuck with me ever since, especially the horn section.

I have no doubt in my mind that they're seriously considering it.

Yeah, those are all valid criticisms. To be honest, I've stopped caring about evaluating the art unless it really, really annoys me and instead I've mostly cared about personality/character arcs because ultimately, I want to watch entertaining people and no entertaining people are left. I miss the end of season one,

I bet Sucklord would have relished still being on the show and not actually having to bother with competing. Shit, I bet if he could have had that option from the start of the season he'd have just taken it.

I haven't watched Work of Art since Sucklord went out but I might have to DVR a rerun of this so I can watch Lola implode. Does that make me an awful person?

No he doesn't. He plays like someone who is playing to win and isn't playing for camera time.

What the hell? This episode was awesome. Dramatic reversals, actual tension, players making really clever moves and trying to outstrategize each other only for shit to get in their way. This was better than Cochran's flip. I don't give a shit that god was mentioned every five seconds because it was the ultimate

Oh wow, that trailer. Bonus points for including her verbally destroying Will just to include it.

Seriously, I love this fan theory. I love that Vanessa Lengies is acknowledging it. I will never ever believe anything that contradicts it now. Where is this fanfic? I have to read it.

Oh, I agree. I have a lot of childhood nostalgia for "Christmas Wrapping" that has never gone away, and hearing the bulk of it cut so the context of the song got fucked up made me cringe.

Can't Sacha Baron Cohen move on to being a character actor gracefully? This is unseemly.

Meredith, I had the same experience when I was watching Borneo for the first time at the start of the year. "The Merger" is awesome, and Gretchen's boot is maybe the single most important boot in Survivor history in terms of strategy (Rob C.'s strategy in Amazon can't really be condensed to a single player being voted

They didn't change it, that's the actual final version of the chorus in the song. They just skipped the vast majority of the song to get there so it was sort of weird and anticlimactic.
