Hopefully she’s sterile. Faulty genetic lines like that should end ASAP.

Kia Souls are fucking great and if Americans weren’t insecure to the point of frantically committing suicide via autoerotic asphyxiation while furiously sobbing against the backdrop of “Proud To Be An American” played on endless repeat, they would be half the cars on the road. I’m prepared to die on this hill, fucking

99% of the people ripping on the Kia Soul on the interwebs aren’t car folks. They think the Mercedes G Wagon is the ultimate vehicle when we all know which car is always the answer

I read that as a CEO of an EV company being excited about the government supporting clean energy and EVs. I did not see any indication from that statement that he was “sure” or “confident” that his company would get the USPS contact; in fact Schrader didn’t even bring up the USPS contract, the host did.

I read that as Schrader believing that Workhorse had a great shot at the USPS contract due to Biden’s comments. Unless evidence comes out that Workhorse already knew they were out of the running, these comments are just optimism.

Subframe bolts and a non-structural bumper cover are not exactly on the same order, one is a safety issue that is recall worthy, one is probably TSB worthy (which seems to be what Tesla did):

As noted early in the post, Tesla already has a giant battery in Australia, and I haven’t seen any reports that it isn’t doing exactly what was expected. I don’t think anybody cares about panel gaps on battery cases.

That sounds so much better for almost everyone involved:

“I am not sure a website emotionally engages people like humans do.”

“If we don’t control the buying experience, how are we anything but a delivery and service center?”

Yeah I should have bought one when I was younger and dumber instead of saving. Now they are all trashed or overpriced, like so many other Japanese cars from this era. This one looks to be a survivor . If this is actually pretty well sorted mechanically, it is a NP all day.

The power isn’t the thing that makes the S2000 special. The shifter in the S2000 is better than that in the ND Miata. The engine sounds are much cooler. The experience of revving to 9,000 and 6,000 RPM being where the car really wakes up.

It is the best car I’ve ever driven by a fairly large margin.

It’s not 1983 any more. This car easily has another 100k miles left. As long as the chassis is solid, you can keep just about any car going indefinitely.

It seems that at this point some people would rather default to being butthurt than do any critical thinking or research. I wonder how many of the people who thought this might be a slight against America or the flag own apparel or bumper stickers that DO in fact infract upon the flag code?

I think Level 2 might be less dangerous in theory because the driver is supposed to be paying attention at all times, ready to take over at a moment’s notice. In practice though, most people will eventually settle into a pattern of paying the absolute minimum amount of pro forma “attention” possible to avoid having

And the Acura RLX is no more.

Marcom creative professional here.

This gave me a new idea: Frunks for gas-powered cars, specifically to keep pizzas warm. I’m sure you could get 2 or 3 inches of vertical space just by taking off those plastic covers you have on every modern engine. Then just make a little liner and it’s a perfect place to put your pizzas while you drive home.

We’ve taken several 600 mile trips in Joulez, our Tesla Model 3 LR, across the southern USA, so I’m getting the feel for long distance EV travel.

That is a remarkably stupid idea.
