Went to a basketball camp at PSU with my young son when he first came aboard and I liked the cut of his jib then. The facilities up there are pretty good its just hard to recruit kids out to the sticks when other big-city options are available so close.

I think the issue is that the President exceeded his authority not that the states are trying to usurp a federal issue.
