It actually is fake, 4chan came up with it back in November to troll Rick Wilson just to see how many idiots would actually believe it and how far it’d spread.

And of course they don’t mention that the golden shower thing is from a 4chan erotic fanfic that they trolled Rick Wilson with. Rick Wilson put it in his oppo report during the election and spread the rumor, which then made its way through multiple people including John McCain to Buzzfeed apparently.
