The man is a moron. Does he not understand how capitalism and free choice even work. I am however a SpaceX fanboy, not because of him but despite him.

Not sure who but someone needs a red hot poker up their backside to “encourage” them to solve this and give the man his money.

I am sick of companies doing this. There needs to be a clear sunset policy legislated to ensure that consumers get a min specific number of years use after they purchase a hardware/software device that relies on company servers being up for it to function. I’ve seen everything from Samsung compatible airtags to TomTom

I don’t agree with your analogy because changing out a motor is far easier than changing out a Tesla battery (or any other EV battery) but I am in furious agreement with you that Musk is a dick. I once admired him but he dropped the ball when he bought Shitter and started believing his own publicity. I am a SpaceX

You said it all SOME EVs. The fact stands that nobody wants a used EV with a crappy battery. Witness Hertz trying to offload thirty thousand perfectly good used rental Teslas, most of which have abused batteries. And people are only discovering it after they buy them. If it were possible to do a drop in battery

You are comparing an drivetrain to a battery. A better comparison would have been a battery to a fuel tank. ;-)

Some aircraft are more touchy than others and while I have not flown the V35, I have flown others that are way less forgiving and more twitchy than many others and the V35 fits this category due to it’s design. It requires far better piloting skills than an 182. You are correct in that rich weekend pilots are more

This is why I don’t come here much anymore since the new management took over. Given that the V35's unique and problematic V tail design was probably part of the reason for this crash, Jalopnik could have at least shown a photo of the correct aircraft. Poor form indeed Jalopnik. I expected better.

My 2 cents worth is this. For EVs to REALLY achieve solid market penetration and acceptance, EV companies all need to get together and form International standards for batteries and chargers. In other words, they all need to use the same battery/charging station technology. And as I saw with one EV startup whose name

Tyler Hoover just had the same thing happen this week with his one week old truck. Coolant leaking everywhere.

Another 12 months and those cars will be pure junk due to deterioration of rubber bushes and various other camponents etc. Cars need to be driven. 2-3 years of sitting on lots and they will be scrapped, thus driving up new car prices to compensate for the losses and mismanagement.

My first thought exactly and if this lack of care and attention to detail is reflected in the rest of the car, this could well be a bag of nails.

Sorry but that shot of the rear underneath turned me off instantly. I see so much shoddy workmanship and lack of attention to detail so a big NOPE from me.

Yea...............nah, just kidding. Hard pass.

There are far better EVs around now than Tesla.

Said the actress to the Bishop.

Avis/budget tracking device. You car was an ex rental or fleet lease vehicle.

These are starting to go for crazy money and at that sale price it is a perfect project car. A true blank canvas.

The problem is not the overhead bins. The problem is the arseholes who don’t know how to use them or who think they can use as many as they want, even the ones that are not above their own seats.

It’s just a scratch
