The Jezebel business model is unique in the sense that getting it right actually brings in disappointing profits ... getting it wrong, that's where the real money (clicks) are.

It's interesting how Jezebel sees fit to comment on legal proceedings and doesn't seem to have the slightest clue as to the concept of comparative fault. The writers here always seem to be stunned that their nonsense, made-up quasi legal sounding doctrine of "blaming the victim" isn't like a real thing.

Stassa Edwards wrote an article about this fiasco on Jezebel only yesterday. Why the need for two different authors to write up and publish two different pieces on the same event twice in 24 hours?

It's part of their job no matter whether or not it sounds real, if they don't respond then next time someone calls maybe it would be and they'd decide not to respond. It's their job to check up on things of that magnitude.
