I would like a new fast, very reliable, 4 door sedan in a manual that fits in my budget. No one makes that. I consider fast being

The driving experience and towing capacity (8000 freaking pounds) of the V8 is night and day. In that small/light of an SUV, it makes a huge difference to have full-time AWD and a V8. It feels more luxurious than it is.

Exactly right - I always liked these and strongly considered one when I was ready to replace my 2001 Olds Aurora with the ShortStar 3.5L V6, which was very reliable for the six years I owned it.

It was also one of the most beautiful cars ever built. I used to call it the Japanese Alfa Romeo. I couldn’t dream of buying a Acura TL in 2005 but I went to the dealership and got a brochure and I used to go through it every single day for a while and salivate at the design and the cream leather interior of the car
