Sure go ahead and be smarmy. Then think for a moment and realize that the capability to output video and audio over HDMI has absolutely no baring on the internal 4K screen. Outputting to a 4K TV sounds great! But the Razer Blade Stealth has a 12.5" screen and 4K at 12.5" is so dense that it’s silly.

If you think about it like a MacBook Pro competitor (which it is) then it starts to make sense. The biggest difference is that the parts inside aren’t cheap 3 year old shit like you’d find in a Macbook. At least you get $2000 worth of computer from Razer.

I’d rather the resolution be optional. I bought the Blade Stealth and opted for the 1440p screen, because 4K in a laptop is hilariously pointless. Had 1080p been an option I would have gone for that. The touch screen however, is quite lovely.

Forgive me, but I can’t for the life of me think of anything that would SELL during E3, that wouldn’t also involve a showcasing sales pitch of some kind... Software products like engine components is all I can think of, but I can’t imagine how you wouldn’t need to show off the software to sell it.

Does the Wii U version do anything to improve the resolution? I’m not really a resolution hound, but I know the WiiU should have the guts to bump it up for HD TVs and I also know that 480p doesn’t look as nice as it once did on a CRT. I’ve tried playing the game in Dolphin emulator, but Dolphin doesn’t like my AMD CPU

That was an insanely detailed response. Thanks! That actually does kind of make sense as a chain of events. Steampunk as an aesthetic really is what we see now a days.

I...what? Maybe I don’t fully grasp what the punk is cyberpunk refers too, but I’ve never been under the impression that it mean it was inherently dystopian. Same goes for decopunk, dieselpunk, steampunk, etc. the various thingpunk styles share the counter culture of the punk movement, but isn’t there a fair leap

Knights and shining armor are popular and sell. But It’s definitely NOT anything to do with the difficulty of building a city. Generally speaking, it’s harder to make natural looking nature than industrial looking urban settings. I think maybe in RPGs it is more common to see medieval high fantasy, but games in

I know I’m super late to the game, but I want to chime in. No, I would not have noticed and additionally I don’t care, but I have to COMMEND them for being clever. Yeah, that’s right, here’s comes a devil’s advocate.

You're crazy. Burning skies was a steaming nightmare. I bought both of them at release. I beat burning skies in 3 days and traded it in, but I still own Mercenary.

They do have Guerilla Cambridge, who did KZ Mercenary. I imagine they are the perfect team to work on a full scale rebuild, while the main team focuses on Horizon. Because let’s be honest, Zero Dawn won’t be the only Horizon game they make. They will want to start one Horizon 2 almost immediately after production

The more thought I put into it, the more I’m down with the idea of Rhonda as Samus. At least in terms of her physical presence. I can’t say for her acting chops, but she sure has the look of stoic concern down.

Dem goggles doe! That is actually an excellent poster. I’ll admit I was pessimistic about this movie... but I’m coming around.

Yes, that’s exactly correct. The 3ds cannot do it. The 3ds came out in 2012 with hardware that was already very underpowered for the time. Nintendo does this all the time, even the New 3ds is an abysmal step up. Add to that the fact that emulation is extremely nontrivial and it’s a miracle they got any virtual console

The original 3ds has pretty weak hardware, and emulation is extremely nontrivial. Sometimes that only option is to throw faster hardware at the problem. The New 3DS has that little extra power.

It’s been a long time since I torrented a game. I find it interesting that KAT is the go to torrent site now. It used to be that Demonoid was the go to for quality torrents, but they’ve been AWOL for years. Then Pirate Bay got hit a bunch and eventually changed hands and has gone unmoderated ever since. Now that KAT

What I can handle? What does that even mean? What am I supposed to be handling in this scenario? Salt? I can’t handle much salt? That statement has no meaning.

Somebody get this guy some water. He’s clearly dehydrated from all that salt.

Yeah, I mean it’s important to note that that’s only my experience. The crux of tech like this is that it’s highly dependent on many circumstances that are hard to control. I THINK my network was operating optimally, but I can’t say for sure going from memory. But that just goes to show how finicky this stuff is. I

I’ve tried Dark Souls over Steam streaming, on a local network with the host machine wired in via Ethernet, and the target laptop connected via wireless N. The lag wasn’t awful, but it was bad enough that it entirely threw of my timing. On top of that, it’s not perfectly stable and will occasionally hang for full
