How overpackaged many products are is a real pet peeve of mine. Also, I wish grocery stores got that single people like carrots and bananas, too and consistently allowed the purchase of 1-3 singles.

I work at a university where the faculty are only paid August-May. They’re agitating to change that and have collected quite a store of evidence that the human brain is not wired to budget appropriately under these circumstances.

I receive medical bills that make no sense whatsoever, making it that much harder for me to catch errors. I’ve literally received bills where the arithmetic was wrong but when I called, they talked me through the method they used three times and it did eventually work out. But that’s an excellent way to rip people off…

LOL one of the reasons I started using soap when the conventional wisdom was to not was I have no children and therefore don’t care whether my cookware lasts longer than I do. I guess I should ask my nieces how they feel about that.
