It’s not frequent, but I’ve seen a few signs telling me not to. I did it anyway and nothing happened but still...

Yes! So much wasted cilantro!

I fly there in a Jetstream while smoking dried, ground up polar bear.

How overpackaged many products are is a real pet peeve of mine. Also, I wish grocery stores got that single people like carrots and bananas, too and consistently allowed the purchase of 1-3 singles.

I work at a university where the faculty are only paid August-May. They’re agitating to change that and have collected quite a store of evidence that the human brain is not wired to budget appropriately under these circumstances.

I receive medical bills that make no sense whatsoever, making it that much harder for me to catch errors. I’ve literally received bills where the arithmetic was wrong but when I called, they talked me through the method they used three times and it did eventually work out. But that’s an excellent way to rip people off

LOL one of the reasons I started using soap when the conventional wisdom was to not was I have no children and therefore don’t care whether my cookware lasts longer than I do. I guess I should ask my nieces how they feel about that.

Or the wrong tires.

They’re good for New York and for Idaho. Not warm enough for Minnesota. (If those places sound random, those are places where I’ve worn long underwear.)

Oh, I remember those days. Layering for a Minnesota winter is complicated enough without some jackass at work turning the heat up way up.

No such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes.

Isn’t it funny (and disconcerting) how a lot of the stuff we thought was true is actually wrong?

I wear a knee sleeve and take a ton of NSAIDs when it acts up. Watch me have a heart attack from all the NSAIDs and then get coverage for that denied.

No. It does not.

My mother says that mistakes are how you know it’s handmade. She also frames and hangs my crappy, mistake-ridden needlework like I’m still 5 and they’re shitty drawings.

I’ll take “Problems I Don’t Have” for $500, Alex.

“Moonlight” from “In Your Dreams” was based partly on the second Twilight movie. It’s probably just as well that I didn’t know that the first several times I listened to it or I wouldn’t have given it a chance. It’s actually a fantastic song.

What is the “rest of us” you speak of? I am the only person who matters.

Shellfish is srz bisnss.
