Aspw is actually pretty legit in the overlanding scene.

It fires until the projected path will no longer strike the ship... gravity takes effect quite well on objects that were on level flight when they lost both their wings and power... at a rate of 9.8m/s/s ... the glide ratio of a jet turned on edge as it’s remaining wing flips it... is of a stone ... a pilot who tries

I don’t get the appeal. These non-luxury Gwagens are cool, but I’d rather just buy an old Montero and save myself $11k. CP.

The highest mileage I’ve ever seen on a Gallardo was 120,000. The highest I’ve seen on a Ferrari 360 was around 150,000. Highest on a 430 was like 90,000, but on its third engine. Highest I’ve seen on a Murcielago was 64,000. Highest I’ve seen on a 458 is around 100,000. This McLaren, at 32,000 was the highest I’ve

there are cars you can afford to buy, and cars you can afford to own.

But getting the seeds out of the permagranate is such a pain in the ass.

It’s State. They get involved ever time an idiot American does something idiotic abroad, and then starts screaming because they think State can make a phone call and the 101st Airborne will come bail them out. This leaves State testy, and with a very low opinion of the dumbest 10% of tourists.

I find the author to be a bigger idiot than the State Department.

In all honesty, knowing most of the students’ mental capacities when going / at / and coming back from Spring break - most of this is actually sound advice. The state department is just serving the lowest common denominator. You can’t really fault them for that.

I don’t see the problem with the Turkey tweet. The current travel warning is in regards to southern Turkey, but Istanbul is not part of the warning area, so the tweet is accurate.

Pointing out that having money in a poor country may make you a target is now “vaugly racist.” OK Gizmodo.

David doesn’t drink, he’s fine.

When asked about the incident, he remained apathetic and courteously differential.

No worries, its got new brake lines.

Just a two-tool job.

I have one. I promise you, even from the factory on day 1 the interior is never dry.

I have a lawn. It is watered by rain. I use a reel push-mower to trim it (cheaper than a gym membership for a good aerobic workout). What resources does it consume? If I put in gravel or other plants, the rain water would still go into the soil instead of running off into the street.
