In 10 years they’ll still be churning these out with new additions to the names and we’ll be talking about how the upcoming 2030 Challenger Red Hell Demon Super Cat Stock Eye is the one to buy because the Camaro SS is just a fancy looking Blazer and the Explorer Mustang GT is way too heavy with it’s big battery pack.

Ok Dodge. You know you have to do it. It’s the most ridiculous thing you have left.

They improved the interior of the Durango as well. Hope it’s carried over to the Charger/Challenger

I can’t even be mad. Dodge is, and needs to continue milking this shit.

“I only drove it on dates with Scarlett Johansson, and we didn’t do much driving if you catch my drift because she couldn’t stay offa me.”

I drove a few Evoques as loaners when I used to get my old Discovery serviced at the dealer (here’s a suggestion: don’t get an old Discovery serviced at the dealer. You’re welcome). I found them to be fun, they felt tight and fast and all the materials felt solid to me. I do wish they had called this a Land Rover

What kind of seller discloses “Yeah, the miles are high, but they were mostly high-stress city miles!”?

There should be a Boy Scout badge for that. If you can get a badge for helping an old lady cross the street, you should definitely get one for helping her not buy a car that will drain her retirement savings faster than a grandson with a cocaine problem.

But does it have higher than average mileage because it’s unusual to get an Evoque to 75k?

This is the earliest I’ve gotten to voting in my Jalop history.

trust me, you’ll enjoy that echochamber when you hit the mileage...I sure do.  good livin’

Someone interested in an F-body muscle car is not likely to be interested in any of the other cars you listed sans the vettes. Who do you know that is interested in both a M235i and 3rd generation Camaros?

Good luck finding any of the Japanese cars in this condition and mileage for anywhere close to $20k.

I mean I’m going off of valuation tools I use every day and some minor research into current stuff on the market. So no, what the peanut gallery personally thinks this is worth means nothing compared to historical data from multiple sources. It just means they aren’t the target customers.

I voted NP because 80's performance cars are on the rise as the people who grew up with them are getting nostalgic for them and now have some money and I think if these cars have meaning to you and you want one in time capsule condition, you’re going to have a hard time doing better than this.

You could make the same argument for a Ferrari 308...but they were even slower than the Camaro when new.

It’s one of the best looking examples of the best looking Camaro generation.

This video really nails how under appreciated these cars might be.

I voted NP, in part because I like these things, but also, if a 1987 VW Scirocco can go for $37,000, this thing should probably be worth at least $20k to the people who are into them and want to relive that era. The auto trans is kind of a bummer, though...

Nostalgia is to car enthusiasts what crack is to crack addicts.
