I just passed on getting one of these body kits for free last week, albeit with a 6hr drive to grab it. The owner was about to junk the car. How much are we talking for these?! Did I just pass up enough cash to regret it?

I have no idea why there is such anti-Sebring sentiments on this site. You still see 23yr old Gen 1 Sebrings on the road with their original drivetrains.
This is the best part of Jalopnik. Community.
That site is a bad listing - tried it last month. Bought the nonexistent part and had to be refunded by the parts manager.
I used to believe that until last month. I just picked up a sweet ‘94 V6 LeBaron and cannot find the overflow tank anywhere. Junkyards, aftermarket, NOS - nothing.
I have a 2000 Sebring (one of the most hated cars on this site) that just hit 200K on the original drive train this week.
F8 green rules! I’m looking for one currently. To each his own, sir.
Reading the line about Toyota tech having little experience with Subaru engines made me think of Chrysler techs. They have Chrysler, Mercedes (V6 from the Crossfire), Mitsubishi, AMC, and Renault (Premier, Monaco) engines that they have to wrench on. Up your game ‘Yota training dept.
Exactly! That rear shot has a lot of Crossfire in it also.
I’m about to turn 200K on one of my Sebrings, with the original 4sp autobox. Here with you, fellow ATF+4ians.
Mack, this is excellence in writing. Bravo.
The SRT-6 wasn’t turbocharged.
The steering wheel is adjustable. (source: I own one)
Thanks, I’m aware. I own both.
Thank you David. From having owned 10 Sebrings, I can say that feels good to hear, especially on this site.
I was referring to Chrysler branded, Chrysler-built 2-doors. I should’ve been more clear, my apologies.
Well, if you’re a fan of the Chrysler brand, heritage, lineage, design, etc., , and a fan of 2-door cars, they’re the last ones to buy (from starting production in 1924).
