Yes that part was good in season one and I was into the murder mystery part of it. I’m mad at myself for finishing season 3. I am not watching season 4.

I didn’t increase my time significantly but I did work planks into my regular workout routine. I can tell I’m gaining strength in my core and it’s helped me be more aware of my core muscle during the rest of my work out routine.

Oh yay! Congratulations. I’m in the same boat with my house. It’s been 10 years and I really don’t know if I could sell and get out ahead. One of these days l’ll call a realtor and find out but I’m ok with the place right now.

I was all set with my list of favorite bands for over a decade and bam! they just snuck up on me. I always liked Good News, along with literally everyone else in America, but getting into their older stuff the past few years has been such a wonderful journey. To me, it’s like spiritual music for agnostics.
