You’re allowed to enjoy lackluster / broken games. Doesn’t magically make them flawless, though. Andromeda was widely panned, by both critics and players, for good reason. That was six years ago, in 2017.

They make foam and rubber swords for fights and wide shots, but they use metal swords for “hero shots” and closeups where the extra detail matters.
