@margareita metermaid: Yeah! That's what i thought too. It's why it's on my favorites list now. I kind of hold it as a panacea to ye Judd Apatow films, as much as I do like them fro what they are, they write really poor representations of women.
@margareita metermaid: Well she kind of felt that the character of Em was not particularly well-developed and that her affair with Ryan Reynold's character seemed arbitrary and contrived and did not exactly spring from anything explained in the context of the film.
Hey y'all. So I recently saw and purchased Adventureland because I was particularly fond of the movie but a few of my friends were a little sketch about it on feminist grounds so I wanted to hear your guy'ses take on it.

Hey guys, I've been writing a story and it's been lots of fun but like. It's been really hard finding an audience that'll continually give feedback, yanno? Because people have *lives* and *things to do* and *places to be* on a saturday night.
