HA! You’ve seen how all-white juries work, haven’t you?

Thanks, lawyers!
Some sport touring bikes split well. My R12RT is 40" across the bags. I’ve never even considered splitting on that.
Not surprised. Most people know very little about firearms, including many who use them for a living.
Those cheap ones are regulated because the barrel length is less than 16", which makes them a short-barreled rifle. They still only fire one bullet per pull of the trigger.
Nope. Any firearms that fires multiple rounds from a single pull of the trigger is regulated as a machine gun. It doesn’t matter what caliber.
No, you can’t. Anything listed as “sample” means that it’s for (final) sale to law enforcement agencies only. For it to be legally purchased by a civilian, it has to be “transferable,” which starts at around $8k.
I wholeheartedly agree that this is tragic. I hope that they correctly identify the murderer and that he then gets the “life” side of 25-to-life.
I do like that fun colors are available and that some people choose them. I can even get on board with some fun blues or yellows, and some deep reds would be nice. But that particular green is bad.
That’s not a particularly big pool. You’re still in the above-ground range.
It’s not at all dissimilar to how the NCAA’s amateurism scam turns recruiting into a game run by bag men.
To be fair, I have several old Milwaukee drills that will never die. They’re crazy cheap at pawn shops, so they’re really hard to beat.
But, really, you’re questioning me spending maybe $30 14 years ago on piece of mind for a car we are planning on driving until she’s dust? Really?
Hell, that thinking got our Matrix to now, so why not?
I’ve bought two cars from dealerships with “cash,” though both times the dealership actually preferred a check. One was a used F-150 (still $18k), and the other a new Kia Soul for something in that same range.
Maybe it sounds silly because you’re attacking a straw man?
If you can’t use money to buy comfort, what is it for?
Not at a private employer in Indiana. No chance.
I’d much rather have Trump out on a golf course than implementing his agenda.
