@AngriestGeek: I really liked Dark Avengers/New Avengers too.

@(Xeraphim): "From memory"? What do you think the memory is, if not solid state? Modern phones don't have mini harddrives that are spinning up, and solid state requires no power to maintain a constant state.

@(Xeraphim): Disagree all you want, it's still just a placebo, and according to Cyanogen in terms of battery life, it can actually HURT your battery life because the phone has to continually start programs over again, meaning the CPU is working longer.

@Ryououki: I had major problems with the Evo battery using HTC's apps for syncing Twitter and Flickr. I am convinced there is a problem with the HTC syncing functionality. It's got nothing to do with runaway apps :)

@dcdttu: Task Killers do nothing for battery life except the amazing placebo effect.

@AngriestGeek: Bendis is still great too. Just... not at art.

@PoG: Agreed, it's always nice to see when someone "gets" Android and the barcodes are a great example of getting it or not.

So, Dyson is the Apple of the fan world.

I have to say, I think Microsoft deserves their success this year.

I rooted so I could do app+data backups and flash CyanogenMod on my Evo.

@Geisrud: The phone doesn't have a video chat system with a huge builtin audience that people have been using for years and years.

This isn't news to Android owners. This kind of shit is how we roll. It's so nice being untethered from iTunes!

This makes me happy, I don't know HOW many times I've had to correct bozos who've said the Slate was dead because of a rumor posted on the internet that was never confirmed.

@jinchoung: Aaaaand that's why you're not exactly qualified to bitch about how time travel is impossible.

@jinchoung: False. You would already have done it. And you would not yet have done it. It's quantum.

@jinchoung: Unless your actions are already a part of history before you go. Then, time travel would not only be nonparadoxical, but NOT being able to time travel would be the paradox, thus proving time travel not only possible, but necessary.

@ryoshi: All my contacts are in Google, and if I meet someone new I typically enter it there.

@C3PA: Okay... those look like tampons. Tampons for your iPad.
