@Adam Pash: Another interesting perspective is HTC. Apple you just get one experience: Apple's. Android you can build custom UIs like SenseUI, which change a LOT of of the out-of-the-box experience, including the keyboard.

I'm impressed by what seems to be an honest assessment of iPhone versus Android. Bravo.

@awhitemormon: He's skinny compared to what he used to be, but if you think he's ACTUALLY skinny than that says a lot about the state of the world.

I've used Webex and GoToMeeting, as well as some Microsoft sharing tool. My personal favorite, though, is Skype, now that they have desktop sharing. And it's free!

Everywhere I've ever worked is no-Mac, no-Linux, with the exception of a few machines for QA purposes.

One interesting idea: use a vacation day as collateral.

@pixelsnader: I understand that, but the average consumer wouldn't. Plus I think the OEM version wouldn't exist if Windows wasn't bundled with hardware, seeing as that's what it's for.

@pixelsnader: Right. The other thing most people don't understand is that the bundles help subsidize the cost of Windows laptops for consumers.

@pixelsnader: To be fair some laptops are (were?) being sold without Windows (usually with Ubuntu) for less money.

@TheFu: Hahahaha wait, you don't see a problem with "returning" software?
