Minor point (ER doctor here). CT scans do not diagnose concussions. They are used to rule-out more serious pathology, such as bleeding in the brain. Concussion is a clinical diagnoses based on history, physical exam, and the patient’s symptoms.

Please don't tell her how to feel about her own experience. It is not your place to instruct her on what her emotions should be about something that happened to her.
