I haven't touched my radar detector since I got my BRZ over 2 years ago. Which is both a compliment (first two gears redlined and only going 57!) and an insult (car is not fast).

I'll be outraged if it doesn't come on the production car. This is a 'secret' one so it's okay.

This is a much better reply than the typical "I could only get to $28,000 on Ford's configurator on a Focus ST! These cars are not at all similar in price Tavarish!"

Haha I wonder whether would-be second hand R8 owners really care about that?

You're fine. I had the turbo 12 in an S class and all I had to watch out for were the coilpacks which are pricey but reasonable if you get an independent mechanic to do it.

Wow I heard of this but never saw it. I'll have to look at the Renault team's faces. It sounds funny.

When he was on pole for the Monaco grand prix 2012. Like against Nico especially looking back that's simply astonishing. Nico is now consistently better than Lewis in qualifying. And here comes the oldest guy in F1 and outdoes them on a track that rewards driver skill.

I think a 1500 hp quali trim would be so cool. For the race I'd want the speeds to be reasonable to allow for a little racing.

F1 is all about bending rules. It's not a fair sport.

You are correct. Everyone needs a strong personal reason to be in F1, for Honda with this engine formula it makes sense for them fine. But their date was set. And they had plenty of time to work on the motor and package it right. Now they have Alonso so they'll get some results. I wouldn't feel too bad about them.

Lol he said he would be patient. Let's see.

They also got a huge headstart in packaging the motor ideally in the car. Something Red Bull didn't enjoy and griped about in the beginning of the season.

Yes! Because Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro certainly sounds better than Infiniti Red Bull Racing.

Maybe they shouldn't have left the sport then! Or just come back when everybody else started the turbos.

There were no rules forbidding Mclaren, Mercedes, and Ferrari from copying Red Bull's aerodynamics. Everyone had a chance to unseat Red Bull.

That is true but there's only so much you can change. Development of engines in the past is not like it is currently.

I can't even do that on my cbr250r. I'm going to my local MSF location to practice on their squiggly lines this week now.

I get what you mean though. Like really really base. Cloth seats and all that. But when it's all tarted up like that, I need the nav and dvd too haha.

Unless Lexus went full bling or something they'd maybe move a few more but not much. I wouldn't change it if i were them. I agree with you, the Range Rover looks awesome. But I'm not leasing so I need reliability.

Unfortunately the 'not blingy' thing is only a selling point to me, everyone else goes crazy for Escalades and Range Rovers. Nobody buys the Lexus :(
