FYI, children are required to sit in child carseats, which put them closer to the seat in front of them, with their legs easily in range of the seat back. It’s common for kids to use the backrest of the front seat as a footrest, even.

Proud to report that, nearly 5 years into parenthood, the biggest mess made in my car is a couple rare shoe scuff marks on the door sill (from before I could remove the shoes).

Yep. Back in 2011, our Raptor allowed us to cross the entire Realty Road in northern Maine in 90 minutes compared to the 3 hours that the locals said it would take at a quick pace... and this is what the road looked like:

Show me a Razer laptop with a 16:10 display ratio.

I’m sorry, what??

Yep, that’s why I got one. I couldn’t live with myself driving around town in a Lambo or something- I was looking at R8's and thinking “would the average person just think this is a TT?”

This article is hilarious! Although, I first thought it was going to be about something else, which I’ve been wanting to research more: The argument that there was an alternative anti-pollution system to catalytic converters that was not chosen.

I was a customer there when this happened. And I mean *literally* there- My car was there getting some work done, and I had even just shipped a set of winter tires there. Imagine my surprise when I read in the paper that Mr. Loles was in big trouble! Sure enough, later that morning I received a call from them saying

Important reminder #1: the Alfa Romeo 4C does not weigh less than this in USDM spec. Can’t look it up now, but IIRC it’s in the 2500lb range.

Nah, I disagree. The way to make this interesting is to simply remove the spec-aspect of the series. It’s cost-prohibitive right now as the series tries to get off the ground... but so is blowing up the cars.

Meh, actual rich guys would just have another yacht at their destination

For context: an original 2010 Polaris Ranger XP has 46 hp and weighs 1237 lbs, and it’s pretty quick. So yeah, it’s understandable that this thing would feel quite brisk.

The story of how I ended up deciding to buy this car is backwards enough to be funny:

Sweet- that’s my new year’s resolution too! Good luck to us both!

Go hang a salami, I’m a lasagna hog!

You are absolutely right. We don’t need more.

First Mercedes, now BMW- this is a trend I hope spreads far and wide!

Raphael,

2012 Nissan GT-R for going fast

I mean, that tire did come off the truck, and who knows which way it rolled off to. It could easily have rolled onto the road into oncoming traffic.
