Ranallo replaced Tom Phillips on the NXT announce team. No slight against Phillips (who, aside from a few personal indiscretions, is a fine announcer) but it's nice to hear him on WWE programming again.

Re: US v. Bulgaria, I think even WWE creative felt that involving the literal Russian flag would have been too on the nose.
