Ballaban video pretty much sums up everything wrong with auto journalism these days.

    Sweet wheels!

They (C-130s as well) used to do this over my old house. Very impressive (and sometime scary — if they sneak up on you) sight!

“What is it with Japanese auto companies doing price-fixing?” You seriously ask this when these companies operate under a government that’s been price-fixing in the global marketplace (devaluing the Yen) for YEARS?!

    It is. Trail Boss Package.

“More refined than its current competitors” Nice way to save face and not criticize Toyota. God forbid we tell the truth about the world’s number one appliance company.

To teach Tesla not to make arrogant blanket statements?

Probably shouldn’t buy German cars in general.

“Look at me! How cool am I? I’m not just a droid without a real personality. I promise!”

So much typical Jalopnik bitching and butt-hurt! I LOVE it!

Not sure if I’m feeling this for the new Super Duty, but this front end would look BADASS on a new Bronco!

Apparently this is “jerk it to the i8 day at Jalopnik”

“All things considered, neither company has anything material in motion quite yet but given the position of each brand - with Mercedes steadily pushing upmarket and higher in price with offerings like the GL-Class and G-Wagons tipping $125,000 - it seems the German brand is better positioned to strike while the iron

I’m sure it’ll sell. Escalades are already selling very well at roughly $100K. And, so what if the truck shares its PLATFORM with other GM divisions? 1) GM makes the best full-size SUVs in the world (look at the numbers and margins for proof) and 2) Pretty much everyone who buys an Escalade knows what they’re getting:
