Ha ha, no! A little-known fact about people who join the kkk: they are incredibly lazy and think they’re above education. Not exactly a winning combo for industry of any kind.

I have found myself browsing CVS stores on occasion. That store is a smorgasbord of useless shit that’s fun to gawk at.

I lost my wife in a CVS for a good 10 minutes. It’s why I refuse to separate in any store. I don’t want to spend forever trying to track a person because they thought it would be quicker to split up.

This must be simply a poor estimate. People tend to overestimate how much time has passed in unpleasant situations. I read once about a study where they had people listen to a recoding of a crying baby and then asked them to estimate how long the baby had been crying. The average estimate was an hour, but the

yeah, some times you really need your cheese, or orajel and there were employees in there before, plus the store was open. I just don’t understand, if you’re that afraid of black people, maybe don’t work in a store where one (or three) is liable to walk in. don’t the kkk have businesses?

Hey, I can somehow lose my slow-moving 68yo mother in the smallest of CVS stores.

This is funny as hell. http://www.rateourweave.com

Fellow legal Jezzies, correct me if I’m wrong, but the linked article makes it sound like the court ordered her to produce the records as part of the case, but when she released them there was no agreement in place to keep them confidential. Kesha’s legal team asked Dr. Luke’s team to do so, but they have refused and

HIPAA is complicated in this area, but it only covers the health industry so doesn’t necessarily protect your medical information from being released under discovery.

When you sue someone and say they damaged you, they are entitled to request evidence by which those damages can be measured. If the damages are medical in nature, discovery would naturally include medical records. You waive your HIPAA rights when you put your medical condition at issue. (To get more granular about it,

“her many... medical records from the past 10 years, which she handed over to Lukasz ‘Dr. Luke’ Gottwald’s legal team as part of her sexual assault lawsuit against him”

Wait, is it only the big ones that can’t rape or is it the little ones?

I know it’s a disgression, but the fact I’m not the nurse that had to measure that guy makes me feel good about my life choices.

I immediate thought of the line from Unforgiven: “when she saw all he had a tinsie little pecker she gave a little giggle is all.”

“You know folks, My hands are just too small to grab her by the pussy”

its not the sex, you f’en twit...its not sex. its as though you are saying you are innocent of stabbing someone, you only cut them, because your knife didn’t go deep enough. its the act of sticking something in them they didn’t agree to, you waste of breath and flesh.

This is the most Canadian criminal defense ever. It couldn’t be more Canadian if he said his penis was so small because it had been bitten off by a muskie in the Ottawa River.

This will no doubt be Donald Trump’s next talking point as well.

Rapists, hiring a female lawyer to defend you doesn’t make us think you might be innocent. Especially with as stupid a defense as this one.

I feel like the old lady spirit that took over Phoebe in an early episode of Friends: “NOW I’ve seen everything.” wtf?
