So would you argue that people with less expensive cars have a higher likelihood of caring more about dings on their junkers? Logic dictates that, barring the exceptions, the more expensive the car, the more the dings matter. Highly doubt if you’re driving a rust bucket you’re going to car what dings it; given someone

I've had my old Ford Explorer die on me while taking a left turn before. The steering got slightly more difficult, but it didn't try to jerk away from me. The brakes were also functional. I was even able to put it into neutral, restart it, and put it back in drive before finishing the turn.

I really really wanted to symphatize with the little man there... But I can’t no matter how much I try. On what earth was it ever a good idea to:

Couple of comments makes me “obsessed”? What are you, a daytime drama diva?

I’m hoping zero.

In the long run, he probably saved his kid a lot of maintenance headaches.

That poor poor Audi. Take the anger out on the kid not the car! But seriously it must have been someone really bad in that car!!!

That admited lack of impartiality is a bit disturbing, although that he went in with that much bias againt GM, yet still voted in their favor makes me wonder exactly how badly the kid was driving his Saturn prior to the wreck.

I’m going with something everyone everywhere can see as a beater – think first-gen Saturn VUE with a burned-through cat.

Almost as disturbing as a car shutting off causing said car to veer suddenly into a ditch because....well....um....because steering effort increased and stuff

The juror saying directly that she was hoping for one specific outcome is somewhat disturbing to me.

Except that’s not how it works. When you can afford to drop $50k+ on a car, you are cognisant of what it took to get there, and how much it’ll cost if you’re careless all the time. Ergo, you are careful not to hit other cars.

Random crazy person, physical violence, lots of bugs, some vomit, all trapped in a subway car together?

I know right? Fucking hell.....

OK, so it can do 0-60 quickly OR 315 mile range. I’m certain it cannot do both. Most of the range estimates are under ‘ideal’ conditions. No matter, it’s an impressive vehicle.

Or a Troll who is expanding his practise to other realms than message boards.

He's just a crusty New England type who wants a base Volvo 740 wagon, but new. Masshole is what I'm thinking.

I'll go with the latter.

That’s a really big track.

Yeah but with the silence of the Tesla you can now hear the Ferrari owner crying as you pull away from him . . .
