If you travel with pets, there is a very good reason to go to Cracker Barrel. They have a policy that they will keep your (preferably leashed/kenneled) pet in the office so it is not left in a hot car while you eat. It is why I always pull off at a Cracker Barrel if my pet is traveling with me.
