It’s rather late to worry about “normalizing” someone 25 years after they left public office.

Sure, but just you wait, Trump is going to make the biggest, most beautiful foreign policy mistakes you’ve ever seen!
I don’t know what to say, honestly I’m sort of a mess after that episode. I literally started yelling when Rebecca and Greg’s dad starting making out.
Wow, has this place really degenerated to the point where I have to put ‘/s’ after comments like this in case some absolute dullard doesn’t get it? Fucking Kinja.
I don’t know.
-Not counting Kirk’s barfight in the Kelvin Timeline, this is the first party that felt like a party in “Star Trek.” Every other “party” in Trek seemed so elitist with classical music while people sipped champagne. These actually seemed like people who wanted to have fun and sex and a good time. Also, I love that we…
I will certainly keep this in mind the next time my three-year-old is invited to a Broadway post-show party. At the very least, I will have her check in every few hours.
The person you’re replying to is a troll and a complete fucking goon.
“My hand didn’t really grab your ass. It was just a random collision of atoms, set in motion at the beginning of time.”
Nah.
TMZ is the worst. I’m firmly on Kathy Griffin’s side on this one.
I had no idea where the Nathaniel song was going to go - I almost choke-laughed when he said “I go to the ZOOOO!”
Spoiler...
I didn’t know there was any doubt about the little Italian sausage.
On the one hand, this is shitty behavior and a sucky apology and there was some victim blaming shittiness surrounding it.
I’m not sure how honest it is to pretend he didn’t know he shouldn’t try to force himself on people and to threaten them if they stopped letting him. Kinda sounds like bullshit to me.
For anyone who is stuck on the technology being too advanced or the tone feeling off, just pretend the show takes place in the Kelvin timeline. The new movies don’t feel like traditional Star Trek, and if this show takes place in that universe, the show doesn’t have to feel traditional either. Now enjoy the show!
I get why people are frustrated with the show, and your review touches on some of what I consider to be the strengths and weaknesses here, but when a reviewer comes right out and says they cannot review a show on its own merits, I am forced to wonder if they’re the right person for the task.
I have a lot of respect for…
You know, Deep Space 9 had a perfectly good non-explanation explanation for why Klingons looked different in the TOS era. Why the hell has Star Trek obsessed over this one stupid detail for the past 25+ years?
At least they aren’t ignoring it and electing him president.
