I have two local friends who are both Puerto Rican (American Citizens), but now live up here with me in Canada because they got tired of being hauled in by ICE and Border Patrol.

They have been regularly ignoring the 100-mile limit. Recently they were stopping residents on the highway north of Phoenix. If you look at the map, that city is well outside the “no constitution zone”. If you argue, you get a 72 hour stay in the “border bouncer hotel”...because they can!

Because they are “Border Patrol”, they can also (by federal aw) seize your smartphone anywhere within that 100-mile Constitution Free Zone.

Keep in mind, this is ALABAMA voters we’re talking about. This turkey was thrown off the bench twice and immediately re-elected and made chief justice of their supreme court! The folks there believe he’s the second coming of Moses who also fiddled with the 10-commandments.

It is 100% illegal and unconstitutional for the federal government to have any say or interference with any election. Under the enumerated powers, control of voting is absolutely under total control of the several states, NOT the feds.
