The description is making me think sweet and sour sauce consistency? That’s actually intrigued me if its the case.

Never mind that the police department wouldn’t be “lost” or “eliminated”. Instead, it would be rolled into the new department and jobs that roided up Red Dawn cosplayers shouldn’t do would be handled by people trained for it (which are most of the things police are called for).
