I just see a huge problem with American Materialism - this man spent his whole life with a grudge against his sister for a car. The only thing that could warm his heart was said car, or sister’s death.

According to the article, they are breaking the law. There is a DOT protocol for a utility truck blocking a lane requiring enough time for drivers to react and recover.
