I hate to sound like someone who would defend the BRZ/FRS lack of power, but this kind of power in this car seems like it would move it from the sweet spot that the base M2 already achieved.
Considering this particular situation has never been tested in court (that a quick Google search showed), I’d be interested in seeing someone sue this owner in the names of the ADA for this exact situation.
