Last time I was in Denver, which was downtown about a year ago. I got a cut (1/8th) as an out-of-stater, not that I think that mattered as the prices were the same on the display, for $45. That wasn’t even the best option. A cut for similar quality in PA runs me $50 street prices.
4-5x markup? No, they don’t. The retail prices in legalized states are very near the blackmarket prices in restricted states.
