I’m sorry that you listen to Sargon of Akkad on a regular basis. He is a tool. I’m not really going to try to argue with your opinion of him, though. It’s clear that you respect his opinion, which I think is a terrible mistake, because he is very good at making very bad arguments sound good.

The problem is, people like Sargon of Akkad encode dogwhistle ignorance into discussions supposed to be couched in “critical thinking” discussion, which is poisonous to a movement (critical thinking rationalism) that is absolutely essential to the improvement of mankind.
