Yeah, James Franco seems to actually appreciate the life he has. He's a pretty upbeat and personable human being. I feel like what many interpret as pretentiousness is actually a certain earnestness that people just aren't used to anymore.

Ok, I was just about to say the same thing. People keep trying to make me hate James Franco, and for whatever reason, I just don't. He says and does things that really should be insufferable and pretentious, but somehow...SOMEHOW...it just doesn't come across that way with him. I kind of appreciate that he doesn't…
Of course she's allowed. That wasn't our point.
Are you talking about how they dared to criticize Dolly Parton?? Because I agree. There are some lines you just don't cross.
Ok? It definitely has mid-century influences. Clearly the overall design is not pure mid-century, but it's there. Hence the mid-century inspired couch, and other elements. Most interior designers these days mix it up unless a client specifically demands design purity.
I'm not sure what your point is. It clearly has a certain mid-century modern influence, but (obviously) not in a pure way. So, you know, pretty much exactly what I said the first time. Mid-century modern/eclectic.
Where do I sign? A Mid-Century/Victorian mashup sounds amazing.
I was just about to post the same thing. The response to this ridiculous post has been quite validating. We're not actually the crazy ones!
Right? It's mid-century modern with an eclectic twist. Pretty much MY EXACT STYLE.
GEUSS I MUST BE 40! should be a new meme that applies to anything tasteful and and/or sophisticated.
But 40 is HELLA OLD! Karlie Kloss should be ashamed to be living in a stylish 40-year-old's fancy NYC apartment! How embarrasing for her, right?
Gee, do you think their inability to even stand on the street with musical instruments without getting literally whipped by a militia group might impede their ability to hold your cynical interest? I'm going to go out on a limb and say two members' 18 months in labor camps for singing a song had a chilling effect as…
In all fairness, I was an Anglophile beginning high school in 1995. I know my Gallaghers.
I feel compelled to point out that it was indeed Noel. Liam is the loudmouth hooligan brother. Noel is the witty, casually cynical one.
Can we talk about how nothing is quite as good anymore compared to that Noel Gallagher commentary?
We learned they were dating.
I beg to differ. He was 25 here.
Yeah, he was really great in Cosmopolis.
Frankly, they were the ones who did hard time in labor camps. Pussy Riot should at least allow them to be considered "honorary members," no matter how many progressive capitalists they rub shoulders with.
The only one that seems out of place is shiatsu — isn't it just a standard form of massage? Perhaps this is referring to perceived "mind-body" benefits or something. But my neck certainly feels better after some shiatsu massage.
