Even though I’m a Harmonix fanboy, I was kinda disappointed with Rock Band 4. The game feels like it’s missing features and generally incomplete, plus importing my previously purchased DLC was a pain. It put Harmonix in a bit of a bad light for me as, until this release, they’d never disappointed me.

And then I read

I agreed with this article before I even started reading it, just from seeing the headline GIF.
Read it anyways.
Was not disappointed.

Well, I’m not saying there’s no cost here, but do you realize how much it costs to print DVDs?
Based on your post I’m gonna say it’s a lot less than you might think.
Most of the cost of a movie or DVD-based game comes from the development/production of the movie or game, not printing them.

Thanks for informing me.

The article GIF is perfect.

I, for one, am happy that they were able to get Destiny to a point with The Taken King where it’s close enough to what the fans wanted that they could implement the microtransaction system and just double back on their efforts for Destiny 2.

I kinda liked Destiny 1, and I really like The Taken King, but after what

When the game is locked at 30 FPS it’s perfectly playable and fine to look at, in my opinion.
Problem with Bloodborne is that it dipped below 30 quite frequently, and suddenly.
It was still a fantastic game, don’t get me wrong, but I think the problem was less of it being target 30 FPS and more so it missing that target

Just because games are an entertainment medium like books, movies, or music, doesn’t mean they’re not games...

Look at sports for example, which are also games. Can you just jump to the last 30 seconds of a game because your team is ahead? No, that’d be ridiculous.
It is possible to suggest that changing the rules so a

As long as you cannot buy weapons or armor, or items that increase your chances of finding said equipment, then this really isn’t an issue.
Stuff like level boosts and XP boosters aren’t a big deal. Taken King already comes with one free level 25 boost and Motes of Light, which are incredibly easy to acquire, already

Well considering Blizzard decided to compete directly with Valve’s Dota 2 by releasing Heroes of the Storm, it only makes sense Valve competes back against Overwatch...
Half Life 3 is doomed!
Oh wait, Valve already did that. Counter Strike and Team Fortress 2.
... what is games industry, again?

Unless you’re absolutely certain you wont be getting a current-gen system for quite some time, then I would wait.

Ouch. lol

Marty kicked arse. It’s a shame he left Bungie. They’re not the studio they once were but their work is still pretty great.
Hopefully Hirewire Games does well. Marty has skill and I hope his whole going indie endeavor doesn’t fall flat.

Um, I think you’re a bit behind the curve here. Things are cool now. In fact, that was the whole point of Kimmel’s segment and this article even.

Things aren’t “getting crazy”. It’s over.

On one hand I’m excited that Destiny just keeps getting better and better with every expansion. The Dark Below was good, House of Wolves was even better, and so far The Taken King looks great.
Yet on the other hand I can’t help but wonder, “How much more money am I going to sink into this game before I get the

That’s a fantastic autograph.

It’s important thing to understand here is that the real issue isn’t skill difference (although that is a disparity) but the lag caused having players on other sides of the world in the same multiplayer match.
These complaints aren’t mere racial fueled tantrums, it’s a legitimate problem. I hope NoA listens and adds

Whoa, dude.

Oh my God, I didn’t expect it to turn out in defeat. That was intense.

Apples and oranges, man.
Getting an arcade game from the 2D era working on a 16-bit console is very different from the challenges developers face now in the 3D era.
Toats possible, but a completely different scope of work. We’re talking about entirely different monetary investments and time of much larger scale.

Unless,
