My VeriPad had some issues getting to the account information before the update that addressed it. Now the only complaint I have is the severe screen bleeding when something black is on-screen. Hopefully one of these days I'll be near enough an Apple Store to see what they'll do about it.

@Stupid Flanders: Same issue happened to me alot a few years ago. Finally I reached someone at the post office with some clout, now she honks the horn in my driveway and I meet her at the car. Not ideal but it beats a 40 mile round trip to the post office in BFE.
