It may be, but from that distance it's hard to say. CoverKhajiit is an amazing mod, but it's also lore friendly. Similar designs, just beautifully high-res. Hence, if we agree that's a great looking Khajiit, then we agree Bethesda nailed Khajiit design in Skyrim.
