True. I’ve been going back and forth on this because - reality is that when you do compete in a beauty pageant, you’re being judged on your looks, your weight, etc. When you are the winner for the year, you have certain obligations.

Yeah, we figured if we wanted a second kid they’d be spaced four or five years apart. Not only for daycare but also if college tuition keeps at the same pace, we don’t want two kids in college at the same time.

Our daycare for our just the one child is $1400 in Arlington. We’re not lawyers but we make a decent amount of money...and having a second kid is absolutely cost prohibitive.

Hey - don’t let this get you down. Just run some budgets and see where things shake out. Daycare is expensive, but we’ve found ways to make it work. When we bought our house, we couldn’t afford a kid but then we were able to move some things around, change some stuff, change a job and were able to do it.

Yeah. Anytime I complain about how much daycare costs, I remind myself that if I broke it down hourly, it’s like 7 bucks an hour.

17K per year. 325 per week, 1400 per month which for Washington DC is insanely affordable.

Oh totally. I don’t think the American people realize how that speaks volumes about someone. When they can’t get endorsed by half the pundits/politicians, they can’t get credible policy people to work for them...it’s crazy. His foreign policy advisor...was an unpaid intern at the Hudson Institute. What???

Personally I find Libertarians to be ideologically lazy. I don’t get it, period. And I’m conservative on a lot of issues.

Yeah, Johnson’s a wild card for sure. Libertarianism is kind of trendy right now but I think a lot of people are really pissed off at both the Republicans and Democrats, so they’re looking for a lucid alternative.

He can’t win with just the male vote, but he can win if said educated women stay home from voting (esp. if they’re not dazzled by Hillary) or if they vote for Gary Johnson. There’s enough weirdness this electoral season to make me nervous.

Actors are also put into intense situations with other ‘temptations’ all the time. For us regular people, we don’t get thrown into those types of situations. We don’t know what happened.
