Yes! It’s crazy!
Yes! It’s crazy!
I was doing long distance running and found that when I stopped running 10+ miles on the weekend and six miles during the week a couple of times ( I switched to 3 -4 miles during the week and then 6 - 7 on weekends), I was a lot less hungry and dropped a ton of weight. With running, less is sometimes more.
Yeah Congressional representatives spend their off weeks in their districts. Plus their jobs involve a lot of travel back and forth between their districts...which can be taxing especially for representatives from Alaska, the west coast and so forth. Part of their jobs includes staying connected and working for their…
The real tragedy would be if Kentucky stopped their health exchange, which Bevin has pledged to do. Kynect was one of the most (if not THE most) successful implementations of the state health exchange concept from the ACA. Most state health exchange projects failed. It was designed and implemented extremely well and…
Oh yeah I get that. I work at the same company as my father so I go by my married name so folks don’t know.
We did the same. All correspondence is “The mylastname hislastname Family”. At work I mostly go by hislastname, but my husband, our kid and I all have the same middle and last name.
I think what annoys me more is the materialism behind the idea of purchasing an extra little chair just for time-outs. Man, people have too much disposable income/space to store shit.
Credit card debt can be discharged in bankruptcy, student loan debt is almost impossible to discharge in bankruptcy.
oh man this is great. Thank you for this.
This whole thing reminds me of mean girls when Regina tells Gretchen to stop ‘trying to make fetch happen’. It’s kind of how I feel about Benghazi.
That’s really interesting. I hadn’t analyzed OUAT but those are some interesting pieces that you’ve brought up. I’ll have to check it out. Thanks for passing.
Ha ha ha ha. Right on.
I hope fans break her spirit so our kids can see that whoring behavior isn’t rewarded.
Yes, this! Unnecessary validation. How filthy.
To make your point about the Tea Party IRS investigation, let’s just wait to see what the investigation reveals and not assume anything. Unfortunately our tax system is not an a la carte system. There are numerous things that I would rather my taxes didn’t support, but it’s part and parcel of our system.
I totally agree with you but I do think that some people are naturally more empathetic. I notice with me it’s the way I am wired to think about certain things and process things. I can’t process/analyze anything without wondering what the other side thinks about it. That thought process then in turn makes me more…
In reviewing a map of states contributions to the rest of the country (via state taxes), some of the states had a positive contribution and others had a negative contribution (receiving more funds from the federal government than they were contributing). Surprisingly the ones that had a negative contribution…
I think it’s more to avoid the democrats from tainting the rest of Texas. Just keep them in their little blue island of progressivism/ruining the country with their nanny-state ways.
Well, there’s some preconditioning going on there I think. People have these expectations that you grow up, buy a house, have some kids, retire and then enjoy grandkids. When the game changes I think it can be jarring. Some people handle it with grace...some don’t, or rather it takes some time. But in today’s world I…
Women’s World Cup: Reminding the world that the US does in fact, not suck at soccer, one hat trick at a time.
