I think perhaps it’s due to used car values being higher than 12%, so in some odd cases it makes more sense to buy new even paying over MSRP. People have sold 2 years Tacoma’s with 30k miles for like $3k less than they paid new.

Vanity plates. A little silly but I love seeing them.

Came here for this. So overplayed, but quality speaks for itself. I just wish I saw more used for racing rather than hardparking.

TLDR as I understand it: Buy cheap parts(and cars) over and over rather than buy once cry once.

Thanks for noticing! Had them in 18" and now 19". Wider but lighter than the stock forged BBS wheels. Great wheel for anyone who loves the Advan GT’s.

ahh, yes Kenwood lol. The day after I read they blocked it off for the weekend. https://www.washingtonian.com/2021/04/01/bethesdas-kenwood-neighborhood-will-restrict-access-to-its-famed-cherry-blossoms/

Oem, though they offer a Grom vline now that adds CarPlay to the rem screen as well.

I mean it’s entry level, but even 12 years later holds up well. Has everything I need(backup cam with sensors, BT and auto everything, nav, easy CarPlay upgrade, nothing I don’t(like blind spot or radar cruise or lane assist). That being said, the V8 is what you pay for.

Interior because relevant.

On my 08 and 12 ISF(and I’m sure the v6 models too) when you go to clean the windshield with the spray, it will wipe it a few times, and then wait 3-4 seconds and wipe once more. Helpful when driving as there’s usually a few drops that will start to climb up or be left over from the swiping wiper.

Perhaps the main factor is that with globalization and Europe’s tendency to tax per liter, they strive to make smaller engines across the board even if fuel efficiency is similar.

That can also depend on where in the US your middle class is.

Had a buddy whose name was Rocky and his brother was named Harley. His parents were bikers. Cool peeps.

About 11 years ago I had an 03 black one for a few months. Picked it up at auction for like $5k, swapped some wheels on it, and flipped it for $7k.

That depends primarily on the actual market pricing for them rather than what someone “thinks” it will sell for. As noted, the best place would then be that model forum for similar enthusiasts to see it. Especially when most Acura transmissions in the previous TL/CL were ticking time bombs, so the manuals were very

Counterpoint, best looking Lexus sedan in a decade. Makes my ISF look 2 decades old instead of one decade lol.

The appeal is a car you can own out of warranty that makes V8 sounds. The 11-14 ISF was polished enough that it’s still quicker in every way vs the RCF and GSF. The RCF was a reliable hodge podge of chassis’s and drove like it, the GSF was better but priced $20k too high yet got universal praise for being a great car

Now all Lexus needs to do is learn the value in a simplified name.”

Backing in protects my front bumper/lip from the curb and makes exit much easier.

They do, I wish my ISF seats folded, but I bought a CT200 for all that.
