I’m 32 so I have a foot in each camp (my pre age 21 photos are printed, thereafter I have a few photos online) but there are other indicators in the letter that the writer is both insecure and controlling.
In a world full of treachery and despair, it’s nice to know A.A. Dowd is still out there, giving a good C minusing to films that deserve a C-.
Gnocchi is just one by itself....
The obvious.
Well I’m 32 so we still have printed photos up to 18 for my family. But from 20s on if say my sister got rid of all the pics with past boyfriends she’d also lose most of her pictures from her graduation, various weddings and most of the holiday snaps. And people like to look at themselves in old pictures because it…
It isn’t about favouring past pictures, it’s about somebody wanting you to erase pictures of your past because they are insecure in the present. Presumably there are 2 people in these pictures (him and the girlfriend) and sometimes it’s reassuring/helpful/nice to look at pictures of ourselves in the past and remember…
I was quite young when I saw God, the Devil and Bob but I remember liking it. I always remember this episode where Bob finds out that although his Dad was pretty crappy to him, he did his best and his Dad was much, much worse (out and out abusive).
This is a Kotaku comments section though not some other website. Anyway have a nice rest of Wednesday :-)
PICS, his time with his ex happened and is part of his life and memory. He can acknowledge that without it being an insult to you. Trying to seek control over what someone keeps/remembers of their past is still trying to seek control of them.
Well if you do most of your eating out in English pubs with competitive pricing, letting the meat speak for itself isn’t a great idea ;-)
Learn some reasoning and or conversational skills :-)
Well it’s unappealing, nonetheless ;-)
Yes, cosigned and well-said. There’s very little hope if people get this shitty about people having different tastes in food to them :-(
Hmm.
This is a really bizarre sterotype that we don’t seem to have in England and I’m glad. I like well-done steak and thankfully have never felt judged for asking for well-done steak anywhere I’ve eaten.
Have you told your President? ;-p
Whatever happened to live and let live? I like well-cooked steak. When I order it and the chef obliges I am happy. I don’t personally enjoy the sight of blood leaking onto my salad and potatoes and in fact said blood makes me lose my appetite. My steak preferences affect no-one but me and I don’t understand why this…
Tough shizz.
Or they don’t like watching blood ooze into the rest of the food on their plate. It doesn’t hurt the chefs so they need to shut up ;-)
