How old are you? Because it isn’t as simple as it sounds and the vast majority of startups fail. Also I still strongly contest the idea that jsut because I start a company, it means I get to abuse people.........

While I agree it is difficult to start and maintain a company, that still wouldn’t give me the right to abuse my employees if I did start one because things were a bit tough. If you can’t stay within the law when running a company you shouldn’t be doing it.

I just wanted to make the point that sometimes an adult has to stay in a shitty work (and home to be honest) situation because it is the lesser of the evils at that point in their lives.

I love this episode so much. I like that Shirley’s frustration is incredibly easy to understand, I like Abed’s weird games and realisation that Shirley was completely correct and it’s weirddly touching seeing Britta and Jeff become like second parents to Pierce. Also it rings true for a person of any age to respond to…

I forgot how funny this was but also how did I mess some of the gross sexism in Community at the time? Annie is being objectified here and there’s not really much of a joke beyond “it’s funny how men look at a person and just see an object!”

I think it’s already happened and will take time to filter through. Same needs to happen the other way by the way.

I would imagine they must hire a lot of people who aren’t experienced enough to do the actual job if their main criteria is spending hours playing this game.

Because a lot of careers predominantly done by women are underpaid and undervalued.
