Thank you for this.

Thanks for sharing this! I am bad about remembering to look up radiolab regularly, but this will definitely be playing a role in my commute home :)

It’s on youtube! The show page puts up every segment the next day. Hope that helps you get the Sam Bee fix faster :)

Rock on, MA sister!

Thank you for finding the perfect gif to express the grief I feel right now.

I can’t tell if his shoulders are padded or it’s just his body? Not great. “Oxford bag” big-legged trousers were in the US by the mid to late 20s, so it’s possible but still not plausible :(

People have got Z covered, but the current pilot season on Amazon has a series of F Scott’s last (unfinished) novel The Last Tycoon up, which is 30s. I liked the pilot a lot as a Fitzgerald thing if you’re willing to go a bit later!

Sure thing! I love their sweaters. Enjoy :)

Yes! I’ve also been having this problem—I didn’t get the Target PJs but did get some at Primark that are cute. It doesn’t help the new franchise, but I do have a sweater from the GB line at WeLoveFine: http://www.welovefine.com/fandom/detailV…

They’re intentionally size and not stretchy, so they don’t fight your thighs or try to roll down. They just hang from the belt like magic.

Bill is the only person in the world who has repeatedly called me “child” without it feeling condescending (I’m 26). He was such a genuinely kind person, and his way of calling everyone “child” came off as incredibly sweet. How cool that you got to see him so often!

Thank you for the information and the link! Just donated, and shared with friends :)

I am so sorry this happened to you. I don’t think I have ever wanted to wish physical harm on an old lady more.

I’m with you, but I’m pretty sure the person who said that is pushing for the draft to be abolished entirely, so I don’t think they meant only men should be drafted, rather that they’d rather have an entirely volunteer military.

Huh, I did not know that about Ruffalo in The Normal Heart. That’s actually nice.

haha I just attached the lining to my stays, and it was an interesting challenge. Harumph indeed!

It’s so fascinating to me how different 18th century sewing is from even early 19th century stuff. I’ve done a lot of 19th century dress construction and am working in the 18th for the first time (c.1760s). TOTALLY different. I’m really enjoying it, but I can’t imagine coming from a modern background and getting
