Well when people have an anti-gun agenda, even when a gun is used legally and no one is injured, then it’s still “bad”. This guy helped stop a man from killing a person with their car. The cops would have done the same fucking thing. 

The way you wrote it makes him sound like he was resisting.  If you’ve ever been in that situation yourself, you’d know the cops are going to force you to the ground either way and say otherwise.  Why are you painting this guy as some sort of criminal when all he did was stop somebody from committing murder?

Pulling a gun on someone you witnessed committing whats called a “forcible felony” until the police arrive is perfectly legal and in fact, a major reason we have civilian handgun carrying in this country. No need to go all “So-called good Samaritan” on him.
